What's is cylinder ferrite magnet?

The production of Anisotropic Ferrite Magnet and Isotropic Ferrite Magnet?

Anisotropic Ferrite Magnet:

Anisotropic Ferrite Magnets are made using a process called orientation. In this process, the ferrite powder is mixed with a binder material and then pressed into a desired shape. The pressed magnet is then exposed to a strong magnetic field during the sintering process, which aligns the magnetic domains in a specific direction, creating a magnet with a preferred magnetic orientation. This results in a magnet with higher magnetic properties in the preferred direction, making it stronger and more efficient in that specific direction.






Isotropic Ferrite Magnet:
Isotropic Ferrite Magnets are made using a different manufacturing process compared to anisotropic magnets. In this process, the ferrite powder is mixed with a binder material and then pressed into a desired shape, similar to anisotropic magnets. However, during the sintering process, no external magnetic field is applied. As a result, the magnetic domains in the magnet are randomly oriented in all directions, resulting in a magnet with equal magnetic properties in all directions. Isotropic ferrite magnets are generally weaker compared to anisotropic magnets but have the advantage of being magnetized in any direction.
